Log the submission with its reference number, covering letter and receipt, track the EMD or bank guarantee through to refund, and record the result — L1 versus your quote, win or loss, with a required reason whenever you lose and the competitor who beat you. A colour-banded deadline widget on the dashboard flags every tender due within 7 days, and a matching widget catches bank guarantees expiring soon, so nothing lapses unnoticed. Bid executives get their own mobile-first portal to see just what's assigned to them, update their task status and upload documents — without ever seeing EMD amounts, results or competitor pricing, which stay need-to-know for the BD desk. Built-in reports show your win rate, sector-wise performance and EMD outstanding, each exportable to CSV.
