About School Fee Management
A dedicated school fee management app that runs the whole fee cycle from a phone. Define fee heads — tuition, transport, library, sports, anything the school charges for — and build a fee structure per class per academic year with a monthly, quarterly, annual or one-time cadence. Assign a structure to a student (or a whole class in one action), apply a sibling discount, staff-ward concession or any custom scholarship, and the app computes the net payable for you. Generate invoices for a billing period and collect at the counter with a numbered receipt, or let parents pay online by card, UPI or netbanking with an instant receipt either way — partial payments are tracked automatically. Every invoice keeps a head-wise breakup (with GST where a head is taxable) so receipts and reports always add up. Overdue invoices are flagged automatically, with a defaulter list sorted by amount outstanding and one-tap or automatic SMS reminders. Reports cover date-wise collection, class-wise fee status, a pending-dues ledger, head-wise collection and a GST summary — every one exportable. Parents get their own app to check what's due for each child and pay without a trip to the office.
