Counter billing software made for Indian medical stores and chemists, run under your own name. Type a brand, a salt or scan a barcode, press Enter, and the line takes the batch that expires first, with its MRP and expiry on screen. Sell whole strips or loose tablets, give a discount, and take cash, UPI, card, credit (udhaar) or a split; F9 saves and prints a GST bill on A5, A4 or a 3-inch or 2-inch thermal roll, with your GSTIN, drug licence numbers, HSN, batch, expiry, the CGST and SGST split and the amount in words. Schedule H1 and X medicines need the patient and doctor name, and every such sale is kept in the H1 register. About 5,000 popular Indian medicines are built in: enter a supplier bill exactly as it is printed (free quantity, trade discount, GST, MRP, expiry as MM/YY) and they join your stock with batch and expiry. Expiring stock is flagged early and goes back to the supplier with a debit note; sales returns print a credit note; customer dues are tracked bill by bill. Day-end cash, sales register, GST by rate, HSN summary, purchase GST and stock value reports export to Excel for your accountant.
