About Crowdsourced Intercity Delivery Marketplace Software
A crowdsourced inter-city delivery marketplace with zero fleet and no warehouses — the capacity is people already making the journey. Senders post a parcel with a reward; travellers publish a trip with spare carrying capacity and offer to carry a matching parcel; the sender accepts the best offer and the reward is held in escrow. Pickup and delivery are verified with one-time codes, the parcel has an end-to-end tracking timeline anyone can follow by code, escrow is released to the carrier (minus commission) on confirmed delivery, both sides rate each other, and admins verify carriers (KYC), settle disputes and manage payouts from one console — all from a phone.
