About College Event & Fest Management Software
The app runs your entire college fest from one screen — cultural fests, technical symposiums, sports meets, workshops, hackathons and annual days. Set up a fest, add its events under any category, and let students register in seconds: solo or as a team, with capacity limits, waiting lists and duplicate-entry rules all enforced for you. Every confirmed registration gets a QR pass; volunteers scan it at the gate to mark attendance and block double entry on the spot. Judges score from their own phones against your criteria, and the app computes weighted totals, ranks and winners automatically — then publishes results live on the fest website. Finish the festival in minutes, not weeks: bulk-generate participation and winner certificates with QR verification and email delivery. Collect event and pass fees online, run early-bird pricing, combo and fest passes, discount and referral codes, and watch revenue and sponsorships in clear reports. Add a public fest website, a volunteer crew app, a judge portal and a sponsor portal — each role sees exactly what it needs, from any phone.
